Box Recipe "Paccheri with tuna sauce"

Recipe preparation: Cook the paccheri in plenty of salted water. In the meantime, heat the sauce in a large non-stick pan. Set aside a ladle of the pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan together with the sauce and mix well for about a minute to allow it to flavour. If necessary, add a little of the pasta cooking water that you have kept aside. Enhance the dish with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil with chilli pepper.
Chef's tip: For an even tastier variant, before adding the pasta, add the sauce to the aubergine chunks previously browned in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
