Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria DOP is produced by Cantine San Marzano with a careful selection of the best grapes coming from old vineyards with at least sixty years of age.
It has a very intense and elegant ruby red color; On the nose it gives off fruity aromas with notes of plums, cherry jam, spicy hints and tobacco notes. The palate is a wine of great body, soft and complex, rich in noble tannins. It has a balanced freshness and the finish of great persistence gives notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.
To combine with strong pasta dishes, red meat and game. It is also an excellent meditation wine.
To be served at 18 ºC
AGING: In French and American oak barrels for 12 months
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5% vol
