"Edda" (meaning "Lei" in Salento dialect) is a still white wine produced by Cantine San Marzano with Chardonnay grapes and native Apulian white grape varieties.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The aroma offers a mix of delicate floral scents, peach and delicate vanilla. The palate is soft, fresh, opulent and mineral with a pleasant persistent and savory finish.
To match with appetizers, fish and cheese first courses

AGING: On the lees in French oak barrels for 4 months with weekly bâtonnage
