11 Filari is a natural sweet primitive wine produced by Cantine San Marzano obtained from a few grapes dried naturally in the vineyard, on small branches of 11 rows of saplings specially selected for the production of this wonderful nectar.
Fruity aromas of cherry jam and dried figs emerge. The palate is round and enveloping, with honeyed sensations mitigated by a right acidity.
Wine for meditation. Find an excellent balance with dry pastry made with almonds and fruit tarts and cheeses with a strong taste and seasoned.
To be served at 16 ºC.
AGING: In French and American oak barrels for 12 months
ALCOHOL: 13,50 + 4,5% vol
